Everything important at a glance – for exhibitors and visitors.

The jobwalk is an open-air job and career fair that takes place on a Saturday each summer in a central location in highly frequented squares in the city centers of attractive major cities.

We have around 100 exhibition spaces per event, on average we have 11,500 visitors (depending on the size of the event city), just under 50 percent are specifically looking for a job, around a third are looking for information about companies in the region and just under a fifth come by chance. Around 65 percent of our exhibitors are repeat visitors.

If you would like to take part in a jobwalk for the first time, please go to our registration page. You can register there free of charge.

The entire booking process for the jobwalk takes place online. You can select your desired stand at any location and are then guided through the booking process in just a few steps. The whole process takes no longer than three minutes. You don’t need a fax or to fill out any PDF forms.

After booking, you will receive an e-mail with access data to your customer portal. There you can check your company data, add, delete or edit contact persons, create free social media posts, upload unlimited free job offers or rent stand furniture if required.

You will receive a written confirmation of your booking/order at 01:00 the following night.

The stand fees for the jobwalk depend on the size of the company and start at 295.00 euros. Please refer to our list of services and fees for your stand fees. The fees depend on the number of employees at the location from which you are participating.

As the organizer, we bear the weather risk. For this reason, you will only receive an invoice for participation 14-10 days before the event. If it becomes apparent at this time that the event cannot take place due to the weather conditions, we will cancel the event and postpone it to an alternative date.

All stands have a size of 3x3m. It is possible to book several connected stands. Please note our partner offers. Our pavilions have a clearance height of 2.2m and can be raised to 2.7m by means of a tent extension. Your exhibition wall will then also fit into the stand.

The majority of jobwalk visitors (42%) are employed, followed by students (27%). Pupils make up 16 percent of visitors and nine percent are trainees.

Around three quarters (72 percent) visit the jobwalk because they are specifically looking for a job, 37 percent come with the intention of finding out about opportunities on the regional job market and eleven percent come by chance because they became aware of the event while strolling through the city.

At each event, our survey team asks between 300 and 500 randomly selected visitors about their activity status and the reasons for their visit.

Entry to the jobwalk is completely free of charge. Additional services such as the application photo shoot and CV check are also free of charge for visitors.
