Extensive marketing

Our jobwalk promotion tour is certainly unique. Around 4 weeks before the events, we start our advertising tour through schools, universities, employment offices, job centers and city centers to make as many interested people as possible aware of the jobwalk. The jPT is supplemented by posters, radio and TV advertising, advertising on public transport and large-scale billboards and, of course, social media.

Discover the benefits of the jobwalk – the perfect opportunity for companies and employers to present themselves as an attractive employer brand and get to know qualified specialists directly on site. The jobwalk offers a unique platform to meet potential applicants in person, answer their questions and leave a lasting impression. At a time when the shortage of skilled workers is becoming ever more pressing, it is crucial to actively approach talented people and stand out from the competition.

By taking part in the jobwalk, you show your commitment to the region and your appreciation of the people who could work for you. It is an opportunity to present your corporate culture authentically, advertise your vacancies directly and arouse the interest of potential applicants. In addition, the jobwalk enables direct exchange with applicants, which increases the chance of successful recruitment. You can clarify questions, convey impressions and establish a personal connection – this creates trust and promotes long-term loyalty.

Participation in the jobwalk also strengthens your network within the industry and the region. You will get to know other companies, exchange experiences and discover new ways to optimize your HR strategy. It’s a great opportunity for your company’s employees to promote their employer brand and strengthen team spirit.

In short: the jobwalk is a win-win situation. For companies, it means increased visibility, direct contact opportunities with talented people and the chance to position themselves as a modern, attractive employer. For applicants, it is an uncomplicated opportunity to get to know your company and take the first step towards a successful collaboration. Take advantage of this opportunity – be there and present yourself as an employer of the future!
